How can I contact Steel City Lids?
You can simply email us at info@steelcitylids.com where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need! Please note we are a UK based team so will respond during UK hours. 
Are there any additional charges?
No all costs are included with your purchase from us, including delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments.
If I have any concerns before placing an order can I contact you?
Yes please feel free to email us with any queries  at info@steelcitylids.com we understand ordering online can be a concern for many customers. 
How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
We ship from multiple locations including the UK and internationally, therefore delivery times vary by location. Although we state delivery takes 20 - 40 days, we are usually much quicker at delivering than this.
What if I am unhappy with my item?
We have a returns policy, which is listed, below, but in any case if you are unhappy with your item please let us know, we will respond as quickly as we can and try to resolve any issues promptly. 
Do you collect customer feedback?
Yes we actively seek customer feedback regarding our business and our products. In particular product reviews are really important to us, either to highlight to other customers what customers think of our products, or if we get several bad reviews for a product we need to decide if that item should remain in the range.
Is there anyway to give customer feedback about your site? 
Yes please do you can simply email us at info@steelcitylids.com particularly if there is anything wrong with the site, please let us know, recently a customer let us know they couldn't order a product which enabled us to find a problem with a new collection setup, which meant nobody could order, so it was invaluable to us. 
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China or the UK. 
We process orders Monday to Friday, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't process shipments on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After that, it will take 20-40 days for delivery (depending on location). We ship from different locations which means products can arrive separately.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty.
  
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
